Virtual Recruiter

We are currently seeking a motivated Virtual Recruiter to join our team and support our company in finding top talent for various positions across different departments. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding. This is a commission-based role, operating as a 1099 contractor.

Virtual Recruiter Responsibilities:

1. Job Description Creation: Write clear and detailed job descriptions, ensuring they accurately represent the roles and responsibilities of the positions. Post these descriptions on various job boards to attract potential candidates.

2. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with the Manager/Supervisor to understand their recruitment needs and review job descriptions for accuracy. Foster professional relationships with prospective hires and follow up with them promptly.

3. Candidate Screening and Interviews: Source and screen potential candidates based on the job requirements. Schedule and conduct online interviews, asking relevant questions to assess their suitability for the roles.

4. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop new recruitment strategies and techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

5. Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new staff members. Provide support and guidance during their initial period with the company.

6. Professional Communication: Respond to inquiries from candidates and other stakeholders in a polite and efficient manner, providing timely updates and information.

Virtual Recruiter Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word and Excel. Familiarity with Google Suite and Hangouts is also preferred.

3. Multi-tasking Abilities: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

4. Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities to address challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Please note that this is a commission-based role operating as a 1099 contractor, which means your compensation will be based on successful candidate placements.
