Terms and Conditions for Thomas Talent Network, LLC

Welcome to Thomas Talent Network, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
1. General Terms
Thomas Talent Network, LLC provides staffing and recruitment services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Subscription and Service Fees
Fees for services and subscriptions are outlined in separate agreements or invoices provided to the Client. Fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of Thomas Talent Network, LLC. Clients will be notified of any fee revisions, and such revisions will apply to services rendered after the notice period.
3. No Refunds
All sales are final. Thomas Talent Network, LLC offers no refunds for services or subscriptions, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination.
4. Termination of Agreements
To terminate an agreement or subscription with Thomas Talent Network, LLC, Clients must provide written notice to HR@thomastalentnetwork.com at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after the 5-day notice period will take effect 30 days from the date of notice.
5. SMS Messaging Consent
By engaging with our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your account and other communications. Standard messaging and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the text.
6. Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

9. Modification of Terms
Thomas Talent Network, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of changes via email or other communication channels. Continued use of the services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
