Thomas Talent Network is currently seeking exceptional Customer Support Professionals for a seasonal opportunity to work from home providing EPIC customer support through inbound calls. They are specifically looking for individuals who can commit to working at least 15 hours or more per week.

In this role, you would be responsible for taking incoming pledge drive calls for various non-profit agencies, including PBS, NPR, Wounded Warrior, St Jude, ASPCA, and others. The callers will already have decided to make a donation, and your role will be to assist them with information and guide them through the donation process.

As a Pledge Drive Customer Service Professional, your responsibilities would include reading the provided script verbatim, assisting callers with donation information, providing outstanding customer service, and accurately entering customer and pledge information.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you would need a Windows-based PC with specific hardware requirements, reliable internet connectivity, and a USB headset with a microphone.

The company's hours of operation can vary based on client needs, with the busiest pledge drives typically occurring in specific months. Certification for this role involves a background check and a client certification course, which is priced at $50.00 (subject to change) and lasts approximately 10 days. The certification process is conducted entirely online.
